How much does it cost?
It depends on the period and how many nights. Send us your dates and we'll tell you the price for them, and that's the final price.
What's the minimum stay?
It changes with the season: in high season a week is the rule, out of season even a weekend works. Longer stays are welcome. Just ask when you send your dates.
How do you collect the key?
On arrival Massimiliano welcomes you in person: he hands over the keys and explains how the house works. Arrival is between 14 and 21, with notice beforehand.
